When will my order be shipping?
It takes between ten and 15 working days for standard items on our website to be delivered. If you have purchased a bespoke item, it can take up to 20 days.
Do you have express delivery?
We do our best to meet our clients' requirements and, therefore, if you need to receive your order as soon as possible, please let us know. In most cases, we can meet shorter deadlines, especially as we keep some of the most popular ring designs in common sizes in stock. These rings can be delivered within three to four working days. Give us a call if you require express delivery and we will see what we can do.
Can I place an order via telephone?
Yes, there are many ways for you to place an order. You don't have to do so online. We know that a lot of people feel more comfortable making their order over the phone so that they can talk with a member of our team who can answer any questions they may have. What payment methods are available?
We accept a broad assortment of payment methods. We take payment via debit and credit card, and we accept both MasterCard and VISA. We also accept PayPal payments and bank transfers. We make a great effort to protect our customers' payment data, and thus you can rest assured that all card payments are carried out using encryption. This ensures your payment is secure and your card data is private. If you want to pay via bank transfer, you will find our details on the order confirmation at the receipt section. This is sent to your e-mail address as soon as you place an order.
Are all diamonds conflict free?
We are committed to sourcing conflict free diamonds. We have signed the Stop Blood to demonstrate our support for conflict free trade, and we are proud members of StopBloodDiamonds.org. When you make a purchase with us, you will note a declaration that guarantees that based on our personal knowledge the diamonds are conflict free.
What comes with my purchase?
Every purchase from us comes with an insurance valuation certificate, a GIA/IGA/HRD diamond grading certificate, a gift bag, and a jewelry box.
How much is delivery?
If you are based in New York, you don't need to pay a penny for delivery. For all non-NY deliveries, there is a fixed charge of $50 for deliveries.
How are orders shipped?
In the US, we ship our packages in a discrete manner. There is no indication of the products that are inside. In regards to international shipping, we comply with the laws of the country in question.
Are orders insured for shipping?
In the US, all orders are fully insured and sent by Special Delivery. For international deliveries, we use FedEx, and they are insured until the point of delivery. In some instances, we may need to use other local or worldwide shipping companies.
Do I have to pay NY Sale Tax?
Under state orders, there is a sales tax of 8.875 percent for all customers in New York. For other states, local and applicable taxes and duties will apply.
Can I send my order back?
If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please send it back within 30 days. Our FREE returns policy allows for a full refund on all orders returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
