Delivery and Refund

It typically takes between 12 and 15 working days for standard items on our site, i.e. those that do not need to be customized, to be delivered. Nevertheless, we do stock some of the most popular rings in common sizes, and these can be delivered within three to four working days.

After you have received your jewelry, you have 30 days to return it if you are unhappy with your purchase. When doing so, please ensure that the item is returned exactly how it was delivered. All of the tags must be attached and it must be in its original package. We will not accept jewelry that has been modified or worn. Please make sure you send us an email or give us a call before you return an item so that we can send you instructions on how to do so.

We will happily accept returns on men's rings between the sizes of 9 and 11.5, and ladies rings between the size of 4.5 and 8.5. We cannot exchange or refund rings outside of these sizes because they have been especially made for you. Such orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed. If you have ordered the incorrect size, please let us know and we will order the correct size for you. This will cost $40 plus the delivery and return expenses. 

The best way to ensure this does not happen is to order one of our free ring sizes before you make your purchase. This is the easiest way to guarantee you get the correct finger measurement. To order one of these, simply send an email containing your name and address to
